The Perfect Masa

These images combine different perspectives of our annual tamale making into one composition. The perfect masa first requires the perfect sauce which is shown cooking on the stove and the bowl of masa it is going into. Once done, the masa is spread in the hojas to the perfect thickness seen in the second image.
